You have 14 days to ask for a refund. No questions asked.
If you buy one of my courses and find it's not for you, write to me within 14 days of purchase and I'll give you your money back. You don't have to explain or justify anything.
I'd rather you leave wanting to come back than leave feeling you wasted your money.
Who is selling to you
Owner: Ángel Puado
Tax ID (NIF): 51389197K
Address: C/ La Loma 17 B, Rebolledo (Alicante), Spain
Contact email: angelpuado@gmail.com
Website: angelpuado.com
What it covers
All paid courses on angelpuado.com:
Make Your Short Film
Anatomy of 50 Short Films
How to Make Your First Feature Film
The free course isn't included, for obvious reasons.
How to request it
Email me at angelpuado@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, saying you want a refund. That's all. No form or special format needed.
If you want to tell me why, I appreciate it and it helps me improve. But it's not required and I won't argue with you.
When you get your money
I'll confirm by email as soon as I receive your request.
The money goes back through the same method you paid with (card or PayPal), within 14 calendar days of your request at the latest. Usually much sooner. If it takes longer to show up, that's your bank: card refunds can take a few days to appear.
I don't charge you anything for the refund.
What happens to your access
When you're refunded, your access to the course is cancelled. Makes sense: you can't keep both the course and the money.
Your right of withdrawal
By law you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving reasons (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).
With digital content and immediate access, many sellers make you waive that right when you buy. I don't. Your 14 days are yours even if you've watched the whole course.
If something doesn't add up
Write to me at angelpuado@gmail.com and we'll talk it over. If we still can't reach an agreement, you can contact the consumer authorities in your region or your local consumer information office.
